MEMBERSHIP CRITERIA
Membership is available to not-for-profit organizations in Lethbridge who have Registered Charitable Status in Canada or are Incorporated with Alberta Consumer and Corporate Affairs under the Societies Act.
- Nonprofit organizations wishing to become a member of Volunteer Lethbridge are invited to attend an information meeting arranged by appointment;
- If the nonprofit organization chooses to join Volunteer Lethbridge, they will complete a Memorandum of Understanding form;
- The completed Memorandum of Understanding must then be submitted along with full payment;
- Upon receipt of the Memorandum of Understanding and the membership fee, appropriate membership benefits will be available to the organization.
- Organizations eligible for membership include those involved in the areas of sports, fine arts, health, environment, technology, animals, youth, seniors, multiculturalism, special needs etc.
